After our ‘winter hibernation’, we will be re-opening the doors on Friday the 31st of March 2023 for another sensational Season!!  Our wonderful guests are already booking their places in paradise for April ’23 and with special, low-season VIP Sunbed rates, plus a whole load of fantastic entertainment in the restaurant, we’re not surprised!!  🙂

Low Season Luxury Holidays in Spain

April is the perfect time for a luxury break in Spain!   Spain – and specifically the Costa del Sol – are beautiful places with rich histories and culture, a great destination for a luxury holiday at any time of the year!  However, if you are looking to visit Spain during the low season, you can often find excellent deals on flights, as well as fewer crowds and more peaceful surroundings.

The early low season at El Oceano generally runs throughout most of April and May, although the exact dates can vary. The Costa del Sol tends to have much milder weather during the low season, Spring months and is always a popular destinations for sunshine holidays during the low season!

If you are planning a luxury holiday in Spain in Spring 2023, there are a few things you should consider:

• Weather: Expect average temperatures on the coast of around 19°C.  Nice and warm!  That said, it can get a little chilly in the evenings.  Bring a light jumper!
• Accommodation: During the low season, expect excellent deals on our luxury accommodation. Speak to our Reception Team about low season rates, or check live availability and rates on our hotel booking engine!
• Activities: There’s always something to keep you entertained at El Oceano, but if you feel like stretching your legs and exploring, there are plenty of things to do and see on the Costa del Sol. you could take a day trip to Málaga to visit some of the city’s cultural and historical sites, such as museums, galleries, and castles. You can also enjoy local cuisine and wine in La Cala de Mijas or Marbella, or spend the day on one of the many beautiful beaches.

Overall, the low season can be a great time to visit the Costa del Sol for a luxury holiday!

Coronation of Charles III – Celebrate at El Oceano Hotel. Celebrate the coronation of new King in style at El Oceano Restaurant.
